Mike Wallace will be joining the Dolphins on Monday.
The veteran defensive end will officially join the Dolphins when they open training camp, a person with knowledge of the team’s plans told The Associated Press on Monday evening.
Wallace, 31, spent the last two seasons with the Cleveland Browns.
He played in seven games with the Browns before signing with the Dolphins in 2015.
He appeared in four games for the Dolphins last season and recorded eight tackles and three tackles for loss.
Wallaces contract includes a $4 million signing bonus and an annual salary of $5.8 million.
He also received a $1 million signing option for 2018.
